Fast-track retail is logistics dressed as construction. Night work, a live centre, long-lead coolers, and a health-inspection date that does not care about a late shop drawing.

It sits next to The Bow on this site on purpose. The range is the point. IBS is not too big for a million-dollar TI and not too small to have been inside a billion-dollar tower.
