Château Laurier

Château Laurier is a luxury Vancouver residence with ground-floor retail, delivered with Landa between 2016 and 2018. The building is meant to be looked at from the street — which is another way of saying the envelope cannot be approximate.

The work was precision: window openings, stone, metal, and interiors that have nowhere to hide. Luxury residential is unforgiving in a different way than a hospital. Owners live with every joint.

At $24M it is a reminder that mid-market and landmark are not the only settings this group knows. Sometimes the job is smaller, slower, and more visible. That is its own kind of pressure.
