With over 50 years of combined experience in the construction industry, we understand how to manage the uncertainty and expectations of building design. At Integrated, we advocate for our clients and mitigate the risk involved in designing the details associated with the building envelope.
Our process consists of 4 Phases:
Phase 1: Design. (schematic design, design development, construction documents) bid addenda, shop drawings)
Phase 2: Bids. Preparing the bid addenda and shop drawings.
Phase 3: Construction. The pre-construction meeting with all contractors will begin this process. Site inspections and field analysis will include all subs to ensure continuity and attention to detail. Site visits will ensue throughout construction with photos and reports to the client regarding changes and progress.
Phase 4: Completion. Certificate of completion and final report of all materials, warranties, and contractors involved in the project.
This process can be done inclusive of all or individual phases to best fit the needs of each client.
